Varieties and Processes:

Finca Kakapejni takes pride in producing specialty coffee in the distinct varieties of Sarchimor and Caturra. The dedication to quality extends to their meticulous processes – Purple Honey, Washed, and Natural – each carefully chosen to enhance the unique flavors of their beans.

Altitude and Harvest:

Situated at an elevation of 1000 meters, the farm benefits from the ideal conditions for cultivating exceptional coffee beans. During the harvest season, Finca Kakapejni becomes a bustling hub, employing 20 skilled individuals, emphasizing the family-oriented and community-driven ethos.
